Just in time for soup season! Join us for this Community Culinary Course all about making stocks and soups. Students will learn basic stock-making skills by preparing classic white and brown stocks. These will be transformed into a variety of soups ranging in consistency from chunky to velvety smooth. Students will sample their creations at the end of class and bring home the leftovers. All recipes will be provided so they can recreate these delicious soups all winter long!
This is the second course in our Adult Culinary Boot Camp Series. Take just one class or join us for the entire series to get hands-on practice in a wide range of culinary skills. Space is limited, so reserve your seats now!
Community Culinary Courses are for ages 18 and up. Registration for this course will close on Thursday, October 24th at 11:59pm. Class will be held on the UAA Campus in Lucy Cuddy Hall. A release of liability will be provided when you arrive for class and agreement will be mandatory for participation.
