Community Council and DFW Hospital Council 2024 Health Equity Summit

Join us for an in-depth look at health equity in North Texas. Speakers and panels will share data, observations, testimonials and solutions for tackling the barriers to good health that so many of our neighbors experience. We will look at mental health, disability and chronic disease through the lens of health equity and then hear about some exciting new innovative ways to address health inequities. There will also be opportunities for attendees to network and start their own conversations about possible solutions.
