Join us for a fundraiser at Lily's in support of Camp Esperanza — a community-held system of care created in response to families living under the constant threat of separation, detention, and disappearance.
Camp Esperanza began not as a traditional program, but as a protective response to ensure children can continue to grow, learn, and feel safe even when families face extreme stress. Camp Esperanza exists to interrupt that harm and nurture healthy development.
Grounded in developmental science, community wisdom, and lived experience, the model aligns with Urie Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems framework, recognizing that children thrive through strong relationships across home, school, community, and time.
