About Pake: I began my healing journey back in the deserts of St. George, Utah in 2018 with two of my aunts Rachel and Becca, who introduced me to Emotional Healing. This approach to healing trauma and emotional blockages focuses on somatic exercises, guided meditations, and muscle testing to address and release unmetabolized traumatic memories held within one's own body.

I continued to study Emotional Healing through Steven H Hornes RH, Herbal Courses at Tree of Light Herbal Education. It was through these courses that I was introduced to the world of homeopathic medicine, more specifically Flower Essences and Aromatherapy. After finishing my courses, I began working in memory care as a CNA-EH, where I found great use for emotional healing by helping Dementia and Alzhimers patients release stagnant emotional energies from their nervous systems. After working in memory care for a year I became a Medicine Technician EH, which gave me the opportunity to study allopathic medicines and the energetic effects they produced in memory patients. My experience brought understandings that drove me further and further into homeopathic and natural alternatives.

I moved to Oregon in 2020 during the height of a pandemic and the beginning of a civil rights movement. Sometimes I tell people I moved out here for the rain, the truth is I chose Portland to continue my education in natural medicines as well as my own healing. Who better to teach than the pouring rain of western Oregon.

While working in a local memory care unit, I decided to open up my Emotional Healing practice and started Blue Foot Healing in January of 2021. Working with individuals from all across Portland and with all kinds of trauma and emotional conflict, drove me to seek more modalities and approaches to healing. Which ultimately led to becoming an herbalist and apprentice at The Herb Shoppe on Mississippi Ave. I now work intimately with 150+ different herbs, and focus my herbal therapies on supporting emotional, mental, neurological, and biorhythmic states of one's health and wellness. I continue to expand my practice and education in natural therapies. And in the last year I finished certifications and attunements in Shoden and Okuden Reiki. From there I went on to enroll at East West College of the Healing Arts where I now study bodywork therapies.
