This fall, we’re rallying our community to support older adults who could use a little help getting ready for the season ahead. During Homecoming Week, we’re organizing a Community Clean Up Day to lend a hand with outdoor chores and light household tasks.
Whether it’s raking leaves, cleaning up the garden, storing patio furniture, or adding a touch of fall decor—we want to help our neighbors feel supported and seen.
If you or someone you know could use an extra hand, let us know!
1. Fill out a Project Registration form and drop it off at the Elevate Office, Perham Area Community Center, or United Community Bank.
2. Submit your Project Registration form on our website.
We’re accepting project submissions through Friday, September 19.
