Community Class ~ Sound Bath with Corina

Join Corina at Oasis for a 75-minute donation-based sound bath — a gentle refuge from the noise of daily life. Participants will be guided into a meditative state through calming sound and vibration using alchemy singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. This event is open to all and requires no prior experience. Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable, and allow yourself to fully rest and receive.
Things to bring for comfort - mat, blankets, warm layers, eye mask.

Corina is a certified sound bath practitioner devoted to helping stressed and overwhelmed individuals regulate and restore their nervous system through the healing power of sound. She creates gentle, immersive experiences that calm the mind, invite deep rest, and support the body’s natural ability to release tension and return to balance.

Our Donation-Based Yoga program is rooted in the spirit of Karma Yoga—the practice of selfless service. Yoga has supported and transformed us through some of our hardest moments, and we feel called to share that same healing with our community. By offering pay-what-you-can classes and donating 100% of proceeds to rotating nonprofits and charities, we hope to make this practice more accessible while giving back to causes that matter.
For the first quarter of 2026 we are donating to Siren - a Bay Area Non-Profit that empowers low-income immigrants and refugees through community education and organizing, immigration legal services, policy advocacy and civic engagement.

Donation-Based classes are All-Levels.
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds/donation.
