NEW COMMUNITY CLASS: Restorative Yoga in August 🌿
Our Community Yoga classes are extended through August, with a focus on Restorative practices to support late-summer rest and reset.
Whether you’re preparing for the school year, easing back into work routines, or simply needing space to exhale, this is an invitation to connect with your body and move in harmony with the season—before the momentum of fall returns.
