One of our dreams has been to sustainably offer community classes by donation as a way to introduce and support more people on their path to health, happiness and a more balanced life.
We have also been wanting to offer a space for our yoga teacher training graduates to hone their skills and share their love and knowledge of yoga with our community.
As you may know we co habit with a beautiful staffy named Olive, we also have for a few years now been supporting the Staffy and Bully Breed Rescue (aka SABBR).
So here's our plan to bring all of these dreams together!
Once a week we'll be offering a community class by donation that will be guided by one of our newly qualified teachers. The class will be a mix of Gentle Hatha and Yin and is accessible for all students, even compete beginners.
Class will be one hour duration and bookings are essential.
All profits will be contributed to SABBR to help our best friends to be cared for and find their forever homes.
