Community Care Sunday Ride October 9th

RICH CITY RIDES! YEE!

Join us Sunday October 9th for the Rich City Rides Community Care bike ride. For this special occasion we're riding to the Richmond Wellness Trail opening Celebration at MLK Park!

The ride will start and end at/ Unity Park, 1601 Ohio Ave in Richmond. We'll get you back to the park by 1:30 PM. You don’t even need a bicycle!

The standard Sunday Self-Care Ride Morning Schedule:

• 10 AM. Meet up begins

• 10 AM. – 10:35AM. Help fixing minor mechanical issues with your bicycle.

• 10: 40 AM. Introducing the Ride Leader

• 10: 45 Am.- 11AM. Volunteer Positions, Stretching and Hand Signals

• 11AM. Ride Group Photograph and Roll-out.

No advance tickets necessary, participants must fill out our online registration form upon arrival.

Ven a Unity Park el domingo 9 de octubre para un paseo de domingo de cuidado comunitario con Rich City Rides. Para ´ésta ocasión especial iremos hacia Richmond Wellness Trail opening Celebration en el parque MLK!

Todas las edades y habilidades son bienvenidas. Ven a Unity Park (1601 Ohio Ave en Richmond) para reunirnos y conocernos a las 10am y prepararnos para salir a las 11am.

El horario general es:

• 10 AM. Comienza la reunión

• 10 AM. – 10:35AM. Ayudamos a arreglar problemas mecánicos en su bicicleta.

• 10: 40 AM. Introducción del líder del paso.

• 10: 45 Am.- 11AM. Posiciones de voluntarios, estiramiento, y señales para seguridad vial.

• 11AM. Foto grupal y rodamos.

No hacen falta tickets anticipación, participantes deben completar un formulario online al llegar al evento.
