Join MOCAD and the Ruth Ellis Center for an in-depth workshop exploring aspects of gender-affirming care. This session will explore the gender binary and provide essential resources for finding and funding gender-affirming care. Participants will gain insights into socially, medically, and legally affirming practices that enhance safety and well-being for individuals navigating the various modalities and nuances of transitioning. Geared toward those interested in transitioning as well as informed allies, participants will leave equipped with effective strategies and resources to support and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.
