Why Cacao?
Cacao is known and has been traidtionally used to connect us to our physical and energetic heart. When we consume Cacao as a beverage (sometimes called "sipping chocolate") we are connected with an ancient practice of stillness, self care and reflection.
The intention of our circles is to gather together in a safe, inclusive circle and move through our emotions through the physical body so they no longer are stuck and causing us to be in pain or ill.
Tickets must be purchased in advance.
