Community Cacao Ceremony

On this Indigenous Peoples' Day, we invite you to join us at Temple Mother Earth for a very special cacao ceremony. This day is not only a time to honour the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous peoples but also an opportunity to connect with the ancestral wisdom that has been passed down through generations.

Cacao, a sacred plant medicine with deep roots in Indigenous cultures, has been used for centuries in ceremonies to open the heart, foster connection, and celebrate life. In the spirit of honouring these traditions, we will gather together to partake in a cacao ceremony that celebrates the strength, resilience, and beauty of Indigenous peoples.

Our ceremony will be held in the sacred space of Temple Mother Earth, where we will come together to drink cacao, set intentions, and create a circle of unity and respect. This is a time for reflection, healing, and communal joy as we honour the spirit of the land and its people.

Throughout the evening, we will:

• Share stories and songs that celebrate Indigenous cultures and their connection to the earth.
• Engage in guided meditations and moments of silent reflection to honour the ancestors.
• Create a sacred altar with offerings that reflect our gratitude and reverence.
• Connect deeply with ourselves and each other through the heart-opening properties of cacao.

The cost to participate in this sacred ceremony is $33 per person. This contribution helps to support the space and resources needed to create a safe and meaningful experience for all participants.
