According to Community Building International`s definition, genuine Community is a rare experience that involves a depth of communication, connection, honesty, vulnerability, and a sense of belonging. It requires certain skills and ways of being with each other. WHAT IS COMMUNITY BUILDING (CB) PROCESS?
The Community Building Process is a process of group dynamics, during which
you experientially learn to recognize and let go of internal barriers to authentic communication and connection with others and yourself.
Creating community is an adventurous journey into the unknown. It requires a commitment to take risks and participate fully. The focus is on learning by experiencing.
Using a set of guidelines and principles rather than an agenda or particular procedure, participants are gently guided by specially trained facilitators.
During the workshop you will notice that facilitators do not "teach" or lead in a traditional style as in most trainings, groups or workshops. There will be no group exercises, presentations, lectures or detailed instructions. Instead, facilitators are merely “guides”, who take the group through a process that shows how to look beyond the cultural, political and religious differences that prevent us from embracing our common humanity.

MEALS: we will provide tea, coffee, light snacks and lunch in midday

The workshop will be led by an international team of facilitators, certified by Community Building International.
