Join us for a group session designed to:

The session is moderated by Kirsten Larsen, MOT, OTR/L, is a mindset coach specializing in enhancing mental health, interpersonal skills, and personal and professional performance for individuals and organizations. An adventurer at heart, Kirsten has relocated across the country from her childhood home in Nebraska to Kansas City, Baltimore, Seattle, and now Las Vegas. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2010, focusing on improving overall mental and physical wellness. Kirsten has a background in inpatient psychiatry, where her compassion and empathy flourished in diverse cultural settings.
