Now, more than ever, is the need to unite, connect and support each other with our offerings to the world if we want to see healing and positive change.
The intention for this meeting is for counsellors, therapists, well-being practitioners, change-makers, entrepreneurs and creatives to give and receive support and inspiration; to share our work, gifts, talents and ideas in a safe ,nurturing, encouraging, playful space. This space is held by experienced therapist and group facilitator, Philippa Aspey.
With a background in humanities and Psychotherapy, I now practice as a Psychotherapeutic counsellor and workshop facilitator with a focus on self-care.
I am also a keen community builder, singer, musician, writer and artist, and believe that prioritising our healing, creativity, sustainability and developing community is the way for humanity to not just survive, but to THRIVE!
To co- create a more harmonious world for ourselves and for future generations that follow in our footsteps.

Guest Speaker for this session will be Aurora Ananda.
Aurora is a channel, shamanic healer and a clowning comedian amongst other things.
She uses her trust in the moment to read subtle energies and interact with life from an embodied place. Essentially she spends a lot of her time in flow state.
Following a kundalini awakening in 2017 she has spent the last 8/9 years fully devoted to unravelling trauma, understanding the intuitive path, building relating skills and learning how to experience more bliss and joy.
The gift she has been living is a spacious life, an alternative life to work, family and usual human blueprint.
In this space she got to live in a spiritual development centre, Leela, at a Vipassana Centre and returning home to the family dynamic to repair bonds.
The tools she has picked up on the way are essential to heart living, clear communication and general healthy relating with others.
And these tools are not for her to keep to herself!
