The Strong Mum Collective is a health and fitness community dedicated to improving the wellbeing of mums throughout pregnancy and at all stages postpartum.
Our mission is to support mums in becoming the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of themselves!
Join us for a community buggy walk; open to everyone, free for all. Get moving, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with like-minded mums!
We plan to stop off at 'Wired on Wheels' coffee van mid-way through our walk for the opportunity to purchase refreshments.
