Building Cleveland Starts with Local Talent and Local Business

Are you looking for work in the skilled trades, growing a small business, or helping connect people with opportunities through a workforce or community organization?

Join the City of Cleveland Mayor’s Office of Equal Opportunity for the Community Benefits Resource Expo, bringing together Cleveland residents and businesses with developers, general contractors, workforce partners, business support organizations, and community resources.

The Expo includes three opportunities to participate:

Resource Fair
Connect with employers, businesses, workforce partners, and community organizations offering opportunities, programs, services, and resources.

Pre-Scheduled Employer Interviews
Paid internship opportunities with developers and general contractors providing hands-on experience in development and construction.

Blueprint CLE Matchmaking
Structured conversations connecting developers and general contractors with selected small businesses to explore potential mentor-protégé relationships.

Eventbrite registration provides general admission to the Resource Fair. Pre-Scheduled Employer Interviews and Blueprint CLE Matchmaking are coordinated separately.
