Join us on Saturday, June 3rd from 5.30pm-9pm for a community BBQ.Grab a burger from the grill and enjoy music from Friends of Musics Society ‘Minds at Work’ & ‘Recovery Rock Band’.
Stay a while and enjoy Karaoke in the EMP Theatre as we celebrate summer.

Live music during the BBQ is provided by the Friends of Music Society. Friends of Music is a registered charity that offers musical opportunities for people recovering from mental illness. They offer a diverse array of music programs that caters to people of all skill levels, including music lessons for beginners.
Location - EMP Theatre
The EMP Theatre is located at 2328 Trent St. We have unlimited spots open for the BBQ and music which will take place rain or shine outside the EMP theatre (Fort St entrance).
