Breathwork is an ancient technique (pranayama) that supports deep relaxation and self-healing. It is an excellent tool for regulating the nervous system and benefits can include reduction in anxiety and depression, improved sleep and increased energy.

During this session, we will discuss your intention or where you are needing support right now, you will be guided to use your breath to connect with your body, release stuck emotions, and find balance within.

After the meditation, there will be an opportunity to share.

To prepare, please wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal one hour prior to the event. Please bring a yoga mat or long cushion to lay flat on, blanket, eye pillow and water bottle.

Minimum donation is $15, cash preferred (Apple pay, Venmo, and Zelle accepted) Sliding scale donation $15-$30.

*Please note that breathwork is safe for most people, however if you have health concerns, please consult your physician.

Elizabeth Bardelli Bio

Elizabeth Bardelli holds a Master of Science Degree from the Johns Hopkins University and a post-graduate degree from The University of Notre Dame of Maryland. After retiring as a classroom teacher from the Maryland Public School System, Elizabeth studied under David Elliott, renowned Los Angeles breathwork facilitator trainer and author of Healing. After becoming certified by him to teach breathwork, she then founded Baltimore Breathwork in 2018. She spends summers in Los Angeles attending events given by her sound hero, Guy Douglas, and trainings hosted by her peers in the breathwork circuit. Elizabeth is particularly interested in using breathwork to help those healing from alcoholism, depression, stress and folks just wanting to feel most like themselves again. She also employs techniques from laughter yoga, guided meditation and imagery, and a generous use of positive affirmations in her classes. Liz is also a sound healer and employs gongs and crystal singing bowls to enhance private breathwork sessions. To learn more about Baltimore Breathwork you can visit www.baltimorebreathwork.com
