Led by local fiber artist Kirsten Miller (she/her), this two-day (6-hour) course offers hands-on instruction in natural dyeing of cotton fabric. Students will learn essential techniques, including scouring, mordanting, and dyeing with plants. The course covers the entire process—from fabric preparation to creating vibrant, long-lasting color. Each participant will take home a hand-dyed bandana.All materials will be provided. Please bring water, snacks, and clothing that can get messy.
The cost of this two-part workshop is $90.
