Community Archiving Day

Please join PACE DFW and The Dallas Asian American Historical Society in a Community Archiving Day!

While we continue to foster and empower the Filipino diaspora here in DFW, it’s important to remember and document our history of organizing and celebrating our heritage today to remind and inspire the next generations. We play a vital role in how we preserve and define our various identities and legacies here in DFW.

Items we're looking to digitize include old and current photographs, documents, records of favorite hangouts, or anything relevant to cementing our presence. We’ll have light snacks and good company.

Flash drives are available to store digital copies, but you're welcome to bring your own. If you have nothing to preserve feel free to come with a story to share, we all have something to learn from each other. Or just come and see how you can help your community preserve its important history!
