Come meet members of the Ottawa Area Seamless Transition Team (OASTT) and learn about the various supports, resources, and programs each of their agencies provides for young adults with disabilities as they prepare for life post school.
Representatives from each community agency will be at a table with information and present at a breakout session during the event. This is a great opportunity to learn about what supports are available to young adults with a disability both during and after school, as well as have questions answered.

OASTT Community Agencies:
• The Arc Advocacy & Resource Center of Ottawa County (Arc)
• Bureau of Services for Blind Persons (BSBP)
• Community Mental Health of Ottawa County (CMHOC)
• Disability Network Lakeshore (DNL)

• Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS)
• OnPoint (Allegan County Community Mental Health)
• West MI Works! (WMW)
• Zeeland Adult Education (AE)
Ottawa Area Intermediate School District (OAISD):
