This community setting offers the same benefits as individual appointments but is more time-efficient and cost-effective.

A note about time and scheduling: Katie will spend 5 minutes discussing your main concerns, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Following this, acupuncture needles will be placed, and you will relax with them for about 20 minutes. Plan to allocate 30 minutes for your session. After signing up, Katie will contact you to confirm your time slot, which will be scheduled between 5:30 and 6.
