Community Action Agency 60th Anniversary - Film Screening "A Rising Tide"

Celebrate AC-OCAP special Anniversary and Film Event at Oakland City Hall - Council Chambers. Join us for a night of food, and light refreshments as we showcase the film, "A Rising Tide." A documentary by Cheryl Fabio explores homelessness through the perspectives of children, families, and service providers. Followed by a special Q&A with Cheryl Fabio - Film Director, and Darlene Flynn – Director of Department of Race & Equity.
