Community: A conversation with Mr VicBears 2026
Schedule
Sat May 30 2026 at 05:00 am to 07:00 am
UTC+10:00Location
UBQ | Melbourne, VI
What is it? How do we build it? How do we sustain it?
Join Mr VicBears 2026 Justin for an honest conversation about what it really means to give back to community.
Alongside a panel of respected community leaders who have made significant contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community in Victoria and beyond, this forum will explore what it takes to build resilient, connected, and enduring communities. Together, the panel will unpack the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards of creating and sustaining spaces where people can truly belong.
The discussion will begin with a series of curated questions designed to offer insight into building, maintaining, and growing LGBTQIA+ spaces, followed by an open audience Q&A to bring in community perspectives and questions.
Following the formal discussion, stay on at UBQ for networking and casual socialising.
