Social Practice Artist She's GG will create, with the help of the community, a tabletop, paper-based tree model (CommuniTree). Participants will help shape the tree and cultural preservation interviews will take place.

The piece will be accompanied by a gallery of archival photographs and filmed interviews with participants.

On Friday, September 30th there will be an evening culminating event hosted by The New Africa Center in addition to the unveiling of the completed CommuniTree.
