Communion with Nature

This 3 - day retreat is a rustic camping retreat intended to fully immerse the participants in a nourishing and harmones environment for deep Rebalance and Recharge. Located at True North a developing Permaculture Farm and Yoga center, you will be surrounded by Mother Nature and offered several opportunities to integrate new information and practices into your daily lifes.

Supported by Kennith Scott a HeartMath Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant and Transformational Coach, and by Jessica Merwin a Kundalini Yoga instructor and HeartMath Mentor Coach you will be in the presence of loving care and understanding. You will also be exposed to activities designed to engage you at all levels Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual!

Sample Agenda for a day of Communion with Nature:

7:30 – 9 am – Kundalini Yoga

9 -10 am – Breakfast

10 -11:30 am – Mid Morning Teaching

11:30 -12:30 – Break, eat stuff on own

1pm – Group Presence Hike

2 - 3:30 pm – Afternoon Teaching

3:30 – 4 pm – Break

4 - 5 pm – Workshop

5 pm – Dinner

8 pm - Fireside chats
