In times of tragedy, the Church gathers to pray, to remember, and to seek God's presence among those who suffer.
St. Stephen's Church Beaumont, TX invites the community to a special Communion Service and Litany in Remembrance of the Texas Hill Country Floods. This service will offer prayers for those who have lost loved ones, homes, livelihoods, and a sense of security. Prayers will also be offered for first responders, relief workers, community leaders, and all who continue the work of recovery and rebuilding.
Through Holy Communion, Scripture, silence, and a litany of remembrance, this gathering will provide a sacred space for lament, hope, and solidarity with neighbors across Texas.
