Communications & Marketing Workshop

This workshop will focus on developing and implementing a communications strategy and plan that suits an individual organisation.

It will cover:

• Brand Persona and Identity
• Values and Messaging
• Stakeholder Identification
• Underpinning KPIs
• PR and Media Strategy
• Website and SEO
• Crisis Comms
• How to put Strategy into an Action Plan

The workshop will also look at the Top Three Tips for Social Media:

• Know who you're talking
• Engage and be engaging - choosing content and building relationships through hashtags, groups & influential accounts
• Understand the data - figuring out days, times and content that works (including group activities looking at data from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram)

Delivered by Emma Rundle (NE Youth) and Rebecca Bond (Socially Bonded).

Max. 20 participants, one person per organisation.

Tea and coffee will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY: This workshop is funded through the NEYA.  it is important that you read the cancellation policy.  

If you are unable to attend the workshop you, or your line manager, must cancel your booking as soon as possible by emailing: [email protected], cc: [email protected] with name of attendee, date and title of the workshop.

If a cancellation is not received, you will be classed as a 'no show'. A late cancellation (fewer than five days) or 'no show' will mean that you will not be able to book further North East Youth Alliance training for a period of three months.

Once you have made a booking to attend the workshop, an email will be sent to confirm places.
