About this Event
In the upcoming Communication Fellowship, on Sunday January 25th, Jane Zawadowski will guide an interactive Resonant Healing education, and skills practice space.
This relational skills workshop will offer you the opportunity to empathically sense into people while grounded, and resting in compassion. You will be guided to feel more connected to your body, supporting you to be present and connected with one another.
Here you can share your stories and be received to find relief, while offering the same to others. Bodies love truth telling. You can experience having your truth affect and inspire one another - in a warm, safe space - you can experience that you matter.
Ultimately, we can dissolve disconnection while being regulated in our emotions, and offer more peace to this world.
And if this seems too heady for you, just you wait! We’ll have movement to music, and practice responding to a variety of stimulations. Sharing sensations that are felt from vulnerability and from power.
Jane Zawadowski imagines guiding you through this workshop and somatic experience with music, sacred space, warmth from her heart to yours, and the incredible skill set of the Resonant Healing practice.
Resonant healing is a therapeutic approach centered on fostering genuine connection and understanding between people to promote brain and nervous system healing, especially for trauma. It utilizes "resonant language"—a form of compassionate communication that acknowledges and validates experiences—and draws on neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, and polyvagal theory to build new neural pathways for emotional well-being. The core idea is that when one person truly tunes into another's emotional frequency with warmth and presence, it creates a deeply healing connection that transforms the brain and fosters self-compassion. Resonant Healing helps the dance floor of life - and your brain - feel more cozy!
Join us to build a more compassionate, and mindful culture by practicing relating skills, and sharing the intimacy and vulnerability of being in authentic connection.
