We have received a kind invitation to join Rose Speech Therapy at their communication cafe at 10:30am at the Community Room opposite the Tennis Courts at Greenhead Park.
Are you, your friends or family living with communicaiton difficulties - these could include:-
Aphasia
Difficulty finding the right words
Unclear Speech
Quiet Speech
Difficulty forming sentences or expressing yourself
Cognitive communication Difficulties
This could be following a stroke, illness or accident, or due to a condition such as parkinsons or following a brain injury.
Rose Speech Therapy are running their communication cafe In Huddersfield at the community room in the park. Please feel free to come along. They’re hoping to grow it into a space for people who experience any communication difficulties to communicate, meet others and feel supported. This is available to anyone over 16 years of age from the local areas.
Come along to practice your communication in a safe and supportive environment and meet others with communication difficulties.
Every first Monday of each month, except for bank holiday Mondays, time 10:30am to 12pm.
Taking place in the community room, Greenhead Park, Huddersfield, HD1 4HS (opposite the tennis courts). With drinks and snacks available to purchase from the adjoining cafe.
