Communicating and Influencing for Success - Breakfast Bite 2024

Whether communicating face to face or virtually, the ability to connect with your audience and get your message across is critical. The power of persuasive communication skills can help you to build connections, gain “buy in” for your offer whether that be a project, product or service or just to influence for a positive outcome.

This session will assist you to build a toolkit to develop your gravitas, gain respect and build better relationships. The focus will be on developing your confident communication skills and ability to influence, engage and gain commitment through persuasive communication.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Examine their own communication preferences and adapt to others preferred styles
• Implement communication techniques involved in engaging and influencing others
• Plan for communicating to achieve win-win outcomes by using the right persuasive language and phraseology
