Start & Finish
We'll kick off with food at 6pm on Friday and have a closing circle over lunch on Sunday (aiming for 1pm finish)

Arriving earlier and leaving later are welcome - in fact, we like to have an organisers' debrief on the Sunday evening, so any offers to get tea ready while we're doing that are particularly welcome.

Friday evening- well have our food, fire, reflection and folk at the farm.
(Here there is an opportunity for anyone who wants to offer a workshop, discussion, film or other great thing. We can also offer an extra learning session for any Learners who missed one that's not due for a while - just let us know in advance.)

Saturday evening culture share - sharing stories, poems, jokes, songs, ideas, facts.

Skill and knowledge sharing...
Over the weekend there will be opportunities for anyone who wants to offer a workshop, discussion, film or other great thing. We can also offer an extra learning session for any Learners who missed one that's not due for a while - just let us know in advance.

Kids & Dogs
Most of the weekend can be child-inclusive. The community garden is child-friendly in terms of interesting, but obviously young children need to be supervised around prickly, pointy, rusty, stingy, mouldy and toxic things.
The only time which might not be quite so interesting to children is the Sunday morning discussion - please let us know if we need to look for someone to hang out with your kids then.

The community garden is fine to have dogs in it, and we can shut the gates meaning that good dogs can be off the lead.
However, the house has two cats, so only very good dogs indeed are ok to be in the house.

Food, Accommodation & Waste
Food - all vegan and all gluten-free apart from fresh bread.

There will be plenty of room in one of the houses for people staying over and for live-in vehicles.

Waste - we're aiming for the farm to be a 'no waste' site, so if you bring anything with you that doesn't compost, please dispose of it elsewhere.

Money
Donations for the weekend (esp for food) are very welcome - please give what you can. We'll have a donations pot around somewhere and bank details are below if you want to transfer some.
