Finding Our Common Threads

Common Threads is an evening series by WDHB, designed to bring together senior leaders across Singapore for open, meaningful conversations on the shifts shaping organisations today.

Our next edition, Beneath the AI Buzz, picks up a thread that surfaced in our first gathering: AI is already entering the flow of work, but the real shift is not only in the tools people use. It is also in how people trust, decide, learn, collaborate, and adapt together.

This session is designed to be informal, interactive, and grounded in real experience. Through a fireside conversation and facilitated peer exchange, we’ll explore what AI is surfacing inside organisations – from leadership confidence and employee trust to new ways of working and the cultural conditions that help change take root.

No presentations, no keynotes, no prescribed answers. Just a small group of leaders stepping back from the day-to-day to exchange perspectives, sense-check their thinking, and make meaning together.
