Common Ground: A World Cup Art Exhibition by The Stewpot
Dallas is on the world's stage. These artists have been here all along.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup is putting Dallas in front of the world for over a month. Common Ground is giving the world a chance to see some of Dallas's most talented artists.
They are Dallas neighbors who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness. They show up to The Stewpot's art studio each week, do the work, and sell it on their own terms. In 2025 alone, Stewpot artists generated more than $33,000 in sales. They keep 90% of each sale with 10% going back into The Stewpot Art Program.
Three Galleries
Goals for Good features original acrylic paintings of soccer balls, each one a vibrant, one-of-a-kind work and a commemorative piece of Dallas World Cup history. Purchase a painting during the exhibition and collect it at the closing reception on July 17.
Home Ground showcases original Dallas landmark and cityscape paintings from The Stewpot's collection, created by neighbor artists who know this city from the inside. These works are also available as prints, postcards, magnets, and keychains in the gallery storefront.
From Every Corner celebrates the multicultural heritage of the United States, timed to coincide with the nation's 250th anniversary on July 4. A mix of styles and subjects by various neighbor artists, reflecting the many cultures and backgrounds that make up the United States of America.
Gallery Storefront
A small storefront at the gallery entrance offers Dallas-themed souvenirs for every budget. Art prints, postcards, magnets, and keychains, all featuring original artwork by Stewpot neighbor artists. Every purchase supports the artists directly and goes towards helping others experiencing homelessness off the streets.
