Commercial Learner's Permit Prep Class

Here is a basic agenda for the class:

Day One: 8:00am – 5:00pm:

• Introduction to CDL – Basic Definitions, Class Structure, How to obtain Medical Card and Commercial Learner’s Permit, Funding options
• General Knowledge: CDL Manual Chapters 1: Introduction, Chapter 2: Driving Safely, Chapter 3: Transporting Cargo

Day Two: 8:00am – 5:00pm:

• General Knowledge: CDL Manual Chapters 1: Introduction, Chapter 2: Driving Safely, Chapter 3: Transporting Cargo (continued as needed)
• Air Brakes: CDL Manual Chapter 5
• Combination Vehicles: CDL Manual Chapter 6
• Review and Practice Tests
