‣ Our tournament will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center
‣ Entry to the Legacy Event is $120
‣ Entry to watch matches or explore the rest of the convention is free
𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
This is a Legacy format tournament held at Competitive Rules Enforcement Level. The event will consist of seven rounds of Swiss, with each round lasting 50 minutes.
After time is called, the active player will finish their turn, followed by five additional turns. If no clear winner is determined, the match will result in a draw. Byes awarded due to awkward pairings are treated as wins.

‣ Wins are worth 3 points
‣ Draws are worth 1 point
Byes are worth 3 points.

‣ 7 rounds of Swiss
‣ Cut to Top 8 based on match points

‣ Finals between the last two remaining players

‣ This tournament will be held at Competitive REL
‣ The event will utilize the Competitive MTR/IPG Addendum created by Eminence
‣ Pairings and turn order will be determined using Command Tower
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘅𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
This event is proxy friendly, with the following requirements:
‣ Proxies must be indistinguishable while sleeved
‣ There must be no way to identify proxies by sleeve openings, thickness, or markings
‣ Proxies must accurately reflect Magic’s color identity
‣ Five colors plus colorless, multicolored cards, artifacts, and lands
‣ No incorrect color representations such as blue Lightning Bolt or black and white multicolor cards
‣ Proxies must be printed and legible
‣ No handwritten proxies
