Coming Together in Hope: COVID-19 Day of Reflection 2026

Six years on from the COVID-19 pandemic, we gather not only to remember, but to look ahead. 
Coming Together in Hope IIII is a national moment of reflection, healing, and solidarity, centring Black Caribbean and African communities and recognising the resilience carried forward beyond the pandemic.

• Location: The Manchester Monastery, 89 Gorton Ln, Manchester M12 5WF

This service is an opportunity to:

• Remember and commemorate lives lost.

• Reflect on the sacrifices made and the resilience shown.

• Honour health and social care staff, frontline workers, and volunteers.

Event Highlights:

• Moments of reflection and prayer.

• Contributions from community and faith leaders.

• An atmosphere of unity, remembrance, and hope.
