About the Facilitator:
Anika Aarons, PhD, is a holistic practitioner and researcher who is concerned with community wellness with a focus on neurodiversity. Raised in a holistic lifestyle, Dr. Aarons has spent a lifetime embodying natural health principles, later deepening her expertise through the study of holistic nervous system science and pranic healing.
She holds a PhD in Oceanography and Coastal Sciences from LSU, a background that uniquely informs her understanding of environmental and physiological interconnectedness. An advocate for inclusive wellness, Dr. Aarons actively contributes to literature and panels addressing neurodivergence in the Black community and has facilitated multiple workshops on a variety of subjects.
