About this Event


There comes a point in your life, where you stop trying to avoid the inevitable stressful waves of life, and instead learn to surf…

And we are your surf instructors, Kamila (Nervous System Coach) and Camilla (Breathwork Coach)!

This carefully curated 2-hour experience is designed to bring you home to your body, cultivating safety, inner peace and self-connection.

Instead of living in anxiety and avoidance, we guide you to speak the unique language of your nervous system, so you feel safe to fully anchor into your home for this life - your body!



♡ About the Experience:


This is not a 2-hour lecture.


This is an immersive, transformational journey, blending science, body-based healing, nervous system tools, meditation and breathwork!

Through a combination of education, somatic exercises, breath and reflection, you’ll learn how to change your automatic stress responses and respond to life with greater awareness and intention. You will also experience the power of connection and co-regulation with like-minded individuals!

As a result, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself, a sense of peace and tools to help you regulate in everyday life.

Please enter the studio space through the back door. This can be found by walking around the building and down Knowle Road. You will see signage outside.



Who can participate?

This is a safe space for anyone & everyone. The space is on the ground floor with disabled access.


We will offer an introduction to nervous system regulation and breathwork, so beginners and more experienced participants are welcome.


Please note, this workshop does not aim to treat any mental health conditions. Please speak to your care provider or email us if you have any concerns about participating.




What to Bring?

We provide everything ~ just bring water, a journal & a pen for the exercises!


Meet the Coaches:

Kamila Stopka @theawareness_hub

Hi! My name is Kamila - a trauma-informed Nervous System Coach. I help overwhelmed & stressed out individuals reclaim their peace by providing clarity and guidance around nervous system regulation. I help clients shift their responses to triggers, develop tools for daily stress, strengthen their emotional resilience and overcome limiting beliefs at a body-based level.


I am passionate about integrating a more somatic, practical approach that allows me to take my work beyond talking and mindset.


My educational background includes Psychology, Coaching, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Root Cause Therapy, and Integrative Counselling. I will bring nervous system insights to this experience and guide you in applying them to your own life.


Camilla Drema @healingwithcamilla

Hi! My name is Camilla, and I am a Trauma-Informed Breathwork & Healing Coach! I have been working in the wellness space since 2017, and it was in 2022 when I left my Australian Sponsorship, Marketing Manager position & whole life to pursue my mission of bringing Breathwork to more of the world.


I felt viscerally how much my life changed, from the inside and out, and it's an absolute pleasure to guide you to a deeper home within yourself and body.


I promise it's a journey of a lifetime, and this will catapult you towards living your life fully (whatever that looks like to you!). I will be guiding the breathwork sections of this experience <3
