Join us for a transformative workshop on cultivating self love, presence, and inner connection. Through guided meditation, heart opening tea, journaling, and practical tools, you will deepen your relationship with yourself and learn how self connection supports healthier relationships with others.

Stacey and Hector Valle will share their personal journeys and how cultivating self love individually allowed them to attract each other into a conscious, loving partnership. Their story offers insight into how self connection transforms relationships and expands your capacity to receive love.

Each participant will receive an extensive self love workbook and hands on tools to continue their practice beyond the session.
