A gently guided afternoon of grounding, body mapping, gentle breath noticing, somatic practice, light nourishment, and restorative movement — supporting a return to yourself.
We close with shared reflection and integration. Healthy snacks and a small bag of retreat materials are included.

3:00 PM — Centring & Gentle Breath Noticing
3:15 PM — Trauma Center Trauma‑Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Practice
3:45 PM — Nourishment & Rest (Break)
4:00 PM — Nourishing Conversations with Body Mapping Activity 2
4:15 PM — Restore & Reset Yoga
