Your body is always communicating with you but if you've never stopped to listen, or knew what you were listening for, then chances are you've struggled at some point in your relationship with yourself

In this 90 minute workshop, we'll decode the language of the nervous system through the lens of Polyvagal Theory and practice gentle, trauma-informed tools that bring you back home to yourself. You’ll get to experience the power of co-regulation through a partner activity in titration. Then move into guided somatic techniques like grounding, sensation tracking, and conscious breathwork. This class is not about “fixing” you, because you are not broken. It’s about learning to feel safe in your own skin and reclaim the connection to your sacred vessel.
