Coming Back to Balance: Wellness Retreat + Hot Springs

Return to your natural state of being in this intimate experience, guided by Nicole Turner - YACEP, RYT 500 and Ben Diamond, Certified LOKA Method Breathwork Teacher.

With more than two decades of dedication to their own healing and growth, Nicole and Ben bring together a rich blend of practices designed to restore balance and inspire evolution.

Born from a shared connection through their ongoing sound healing training and studies with Shervin Boolorian from Sound Healing Bali, and a deep exploration of balancing masculine and feminine energy, this retreat invites you to pause, align, and come home.

Nicole’s offerings weave together philosophy, tantric and somatic practices, and various styles of yoga, breathwork, chanting, sound, and meditation. Her approach gently guides you to explore yourself by reconnecting with your breath, body, emotions, and mind, release what no longer serves, and return to freedom and love. With over 2,000 teaching hours and 1,000 hours of certifications across the U.S., Australia, and Indonesia, Nicole brings both depth and heartfelt presence to her teachings and is a member of the San Diego Voice and Sound Healing Collective based out of Southern California.

Ben is a breathwork teacher, multi-instrumental sound practitioner and student, exploring the intersections of science, spirit and energy to heal and bring our bodies into a natural state of ease and wellbeing. He is co-founder of the Mother Earth Sound Collective based on the East Coast and a member of the San Diego Voice and Sound Collective based in Southern California. His offerings invite participants into states of ease, restoration, and embodied wholeness.

Together, Nicole and Ben create a safe and sacred space where you are invited to:

1. Detach from the external world and reconnect with Self, community, and nature
2. Explore philosophy, movement, breath, sound, meditation, and vocals as pathways to clearing, feeling grounded, and at ease
3. Practice active meditation (1 or more of the 5 senses is engaged with the external world) and passive meditation (0 senses are engaged) so you can experience deep concentration of the present moment and the unification of nothing
4. Connect to and balance masculine and feminine energies
5. Restore your body, mind, and spirit to a state of homeostasis
