Event Terms & Conditions

Entry: RSVP is required. Please list the names of everyone in your party when you RSVP. Guests 18 and older must show photo ID at the Bronson Gate (Paramount Lot); minors don't need ID. We have room for 500 guests — an RSVP holds your spot but isn't a guarantee of entry or a ticket. Entry is first-come, first-served at check-in until we reach capacity. Comic Relief may refuse entry, ask a guest to leave, or change or cancel event details at any time, without notice.

Assumption of Risk: Attending is voluntary. By attending, you accept the risk of injury, loss, or property damage that can come with any event. Comic Relief, our staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the venue aren't liable for these, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Minors: Guests under 18 must be with a parent or guardian at all times during the event.

Photos & Video: By attending, you agree that you (and any minor with you) may be photographed or filmed, and that Comic Relief and its partners can use those images to promote the event and our fundraising, at no cost to us. If you'd rather not be photographed, let us know at check-in.

If you're RSVPing for a minor or bringing one as your guest, your RSVP confirms you're their parent or legal guardian and that you're consenting, on their behalf, to being photographed/filmed and to Comic Relief and its partners using their image for promotion, marketing, and fundraising.

Security: Bags are subject to search and should be small enough to carry comfortably — diaper bags and small bags are fine, but please skip large bags or backpacks. Everyone and every bag goes through a metal detector before entering. Prohibited items will be turned away at the gate. There's no bag check or storage on-site.

Weather: This is mostly an outdoor event — bring a hat, sunscreen, and wear comfortable clothes.
