There is a kind of grief that lives in the body- quiet, layered, inherited.It doesn’t always have a name, but it moves through us:In the late nights when no one sees,In the deep exhale after holding it all together,In the ache of being needed and unseen at the same time.

comes in WAVES is a sacred gathering for those who mother in every sense of the word- birth mothers, aunties, chosen kin, single parents, community doulas, daughters-turned-caretakers, and all those whose labor of care often goes unnamed. This is for women and femmes who have carried others while holding back their own tears. For those who have loved fiercely while grieving quietly.

We gather to remember.To release.To be witnessed.To rest.

Through storytelling, ritual, music, movement, and quiet presence, we will tend to what’s been heavy. Together, we’ll create a container for truth to rise and for tenderness to meet it.
