Get ready for a double helping of laughs! The BRICK is thrilled to host a two-show comedy night on Thursday, October 24, featuring headliner Paul Elia and hosted by the Central Valley’s own Marcus Peverill. Bring your friends, bring your giggles, and bring your “I-really-needed-this” laugh.

Paul Elia is a nationally touring comedian and actor from Detroit whose credits include recurring sketch appearances on Conan, roles on Hulu’s Ramy and Netflix’s Lady Dynamite, and his debut stand-up special Detroit Player. He’s also a series regular in the Amazon/A24 animated show #1 Happy Family USA (2025). Online, Paul’s stand-up, sketches, and crowd-work clips have racked up 100M+ views because yes, he’s that funny.

Your master of ceremonies is Marcus Peverill, a sharp, quick-witted Central Valley comic who’s been lighting up stages around Northern California, including Laughs Unlimited in Sacramento and regional showcases across the 209 and 559. Recently, he headlined the “Just the Tips” comedy show series. Expect charmingly awkward stories, clever turns, and a host who isn’t afraid to roast the front row (lovingly).
