Comedy! Jokes at the Junction: Jay Markovitz & Lucy Tollefson

April 2nd! Cozy Comedy returns to Great American Diner with two of WA’s Funniest Mammals! We’re bringing you TWO headliners to close out this show; Lucy Tollefson & Jay Markovitz! Lucy and Jay will be joined by returning Cozy Comedy host Marcus Moreno! 

Lucy Tollefson - is a comedian, writer, and sports fan based in Seattle. Along with winning the long-running Seattle Comedy on Trial in 2019, they were selected to compete in the 43rd annual Seattle International Comedy Competition, placed second in Club Comedy's 2024 Summer Comedy Clash, and was a finalist in Tacoma Comedy Club's The Voice in 2024. They’ve performed at festivals all over the states, including: Upper Left Comedy Fest, Laugh Riot Grrrl Fest, Salem Comedy & Spirits Festival, Alaska B4U Die, and the Rip City Comedy Festival. Lucy has performed on Don't Tell, and performs regularly at Club Comedy Seattle, Laughs Comedy Club, and all across the PNW.

Jay Markovitz - Three years ago Jay left an extremely lucrative career as a professional pinball player to pursue stand-up comedy. His jokes take subjects both familiar and bizarre and blend them together into a hilarious stew that will leave you laughing and sometimes scratching your head. Jay performs regularly at Laughs Comedy Club, Club Comedy Seattle, and Tacoma Comedy Club and was a semi finalist in the 2025 state wide comedy competition Washington’s Funniest Mammal!
