Comedy at the Square returns after a brief summer hiatus with another air-conditioned - oops, I mean hilarious and entertaining - free comedy show, on a special Thursday night!Thursday, August 21 at 7:30 pm, come beat the heat - I mean, enjoy some stand-up comedy - at Glasgow Square Theatre! Our headliner is Luke Burns, who's celebrating several milestones with us at the show: his two-year comedyversary, and the fact that he's off to University in the fall! (Yes, Luke is a teenager. Let's just not talk about it, it's too depressing.)
Joining Luke will be his [Luke, I am your] father Ray Burns, Calgary import Brad Ball, Truro's own Deb Barnhill, a special appearance by "Shawn Boers" and more!
The show is free, did I get to that part yet? We take donations for charity at the door - the charity each show is chosen by the headliner.
