Comedic Cardio is Flatbush, Brooklyn's newest stand-up comedy show, held every other Friday inside The Mvmnt — the neighborhood's newest gym, home to NYC's largest Salt Cave.
Brought to you by the founders of the Flatbush Comedy Festival, Comedic Cardio brings comedians from Comedy Central, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, and more into an unexpected setting: a gym floor turned stage. Expect sharp stand-up, a packed house, and a reminder that laughter is cardio too.
Laugh Local. Both The Mvmnt and the Flatbush Comedy Festival were founded by Flatbush natives — this is neighborhood-built comedy, as authentic as a Brooklyn summer gets. Come experience stand-up comedy in the heart of Little Caribbean, Brooklyn.
